Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Omayik Digital, we deliver customized web design, website development, and digital services. Because our services involve dedicated time, custom strategy, and creative labor, the following terms govern cancellations and refund requests.

1. Initial Project Deposits

All initial project deposits or upfront milestone payments (typically 50% of the project total) cover initial research, discovery, architecture, and design work.

Deposits are fully refundable within 24 hours of payment, provided project work or onboarding has not commenced.

Once work, research, or concept design has begun, initial deposits become non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to support@omayikdigital.com.

Upon cancellation, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed, billable hours accrued, or milestones achieved up to the receipt of the written cancellation notice.

If completed work exceeds the initial deposit, an invoice will be issued for the remaining balance owed.

If a project is cancelled before completion, all design drafts, custom code, and preliminary assets remain the sole property of Omayik Digital.

3. Completed Work and Final Delivery

Due to the bespoke nature of web design and development, no refunds will be issued once final project deliverables are approved, delivered, or transferred to the client’s server/account.

Final payment signifies full acceptance and sign-off on the completed project.

4. Subscription & Maintenance Plans

Monthly maintenance or recurring design retainers can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month. Partial month refunds are not provided for recurring retainer plans.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

We encourage clients to reach out directly to resolve any project concerns or disputes. In the event of an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute, all active project work, hosting management, or support services will be suspended immediately pending resolution.
